Eric comes from a family oif vintners based in ANjou for over centuries. In 1995, he starts his own winery in the middle of the Savennières appellation, aged 25. The Domaine was entirely created by slowly adding abandoned and under-used parcels. To date, he manages 6 hectares of Chenin Blanc, all tended organically.
