Alepa Rosso, Paola Riccio

Paola Riccio is known as "Mrs Pallagrello" a grape that comes in both Nero and Bianco and is the main variety found in her vineyards. The estate is based around a colonial house which holds many memories of Paola's summer holidays growing up and where she could escape, be with nature, and pick blackberries with her dog.

Paola manages the vineyards herself through a range of sustainable/organic techniques and uses cover crops to increase biodiversity.
