Lambrusco Solco, Paltrinieri
The Parltrinieri family has been tending vineyards since 1926. In 1998, Alberto and his wife Barbara took over the production, making Lambrusco right in the middle of historic Cristo de Sorbara area. Many different grapes can be called Lambrusco, but Alberto and Barbara focus on the Lambrusco di Sorbara, possibly the noblest of them. Their wines are extraordinary and miles away from the commercial style that has been exported the past 30 years the Uk or USA markets.
Viticulture & Winemaking Soft pressing of the must, maceration, fermentation in autoclave according the Martinotti method.
