Le Social Sparkling
Le Social Sparkling is a fantastic organic and biodynamic Penedès DO sparkling from Catalonia, produced by viticultor extraordinaire Josep Mitjans. The label was specially designed for Le Social with an artwork by TONGUI.
About the artist: Along his career as an acoustical engineer, Antonio Sanchez explores his creativity through a range of visual and performing arts, from video making to DJing. During lockdown he started an introspective creative process which led to the MARIFLOWERS series of drawings. Taking inspiration from different periods and events in Antonio's life, from his Spanish up-bringing to Japanese art and culture, his work is also influenced by artists Keith Harring, David Shrigley, AdeY or Fabio DaMotta. Adopted Mancunian, Antonio can usually be found having cocktails at Behind Close Doors, or at the Refuge for brunch with the Homoelectric crew.

Tasting Notes Fresh pear and apple orchards, lemon peel, shortbread. Thirst quenching citrus notes and a complex palate of apple, pear, biscuit, caramelised crust. Brilliant.
