Located in the village of Mutěnice you will find Jaroslav Tesařík and his family tending to 1.5ha of vines organically. This humble estate looks after 8 plots with one area dating back to 1941.
Jaroslav aim is to showcase and share the spirit of his village through his wines. No year is the same and the grapes from each vintage are treated differently in the winery. A go with the flow attitude! All the wines produced here are made through low intervention methods and by grapes that have been farmed through organic agriculture without the use of any synthetic pesticides or herbicides.

Viticulture & Winemaking Organic uncertified. Grapes are destemmed, pressed, and fermented with the skins for 3 weeks. The skins are then removed and the is juice aged in 225 litre, used oak barrels. Finished unfined, unfiltered, no added S02.
