Alepa Bianco, Paola Riccio
Paola Riccio is known as "Mrs Pallagrello" a grape that comes in both Nero and Bianco and is the main variety found in her vineyards. The estate is based around a colonial house which holds many memories of Paola's summer holidays growing up and where she could escape, be with nature, and pick blackberries with her dog.
Located in the Campania hillsides, Riccio has been producing wine since 1993 but her first official harvest was in 2003. Paola manages the vineyards herself through a range of sustainable/organic techniques and uses cover crops to increase biodiversity. Known for her flair and quirky methods all the wines in her portfolio see ingenious yeasts fermentation and extended age to create truly unique and one of a kind experience.

Viticulture & Winemaking Organic uncertified. Grapes are hand-harvested, and go through a spontaneous fermentation with Ingenious yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine then goes through extended age in tank and bottle. Finished with no added S02, no filtering, just nothing.
Grapes Greco and Falanghina
Region Campania, Italy
Tasting Notes Vibrant and fresh with notes of citrus, hay and saline. The age has added honey aromas to the palate that is rounded off with a mix of Mediterranean herbs.
