Torcuato Huertas has managed to cram a whole lot of flavour and complexity inti this orange. Made from a huge range of 10 different varieties of white grapes. They are grown on a single sheltered plot adjacent to the village, 950m above sea level. Harvest is done differently for every one and they start in August and end in September.
Viticulture & Winemaking Organic practises. Grapes are hand harvested and are pressed, macerated on skin for 3 – 5 days. Aged oak barrels for 6 months. Then the wine goes through a few months in vat before bottling with no added S02
