The Padro Family have been making wine in the small agriculture village of Barfim, Tarragona for many years. Today they use the philosophy of their ancestors to create one of a kind vermouths but with modern techniques.
This Blanco vermouth is enhanced with the Mediterranean citrus aromas that are so intrinsic to the area around their winery.
Viticulture & Winemaking An infusion of aromatic herbs with the peel of several different citrus fruits. After several months of maceration, they add an aged white mistela (sweet wine) kept especially for this Blanco. Aged in barrel.
Tasting Notes Elegant, smooth, citrus, bitterness, star anise, lemon verbena, quina and angelica.
