Petr Nejedlík is known for his pioneering work on the natural scene in Moravia, Czech Republic. He loves to experiment with his winemaking and will often use oak, acacia barrels or kvevri to ferment and age his wines. Nejedlík manages a range of different sites around Znojmo, the majority being in the Podýjí National Park. All the vineyard sites are managed through Organic farming methods with the aim to increasing biodiversity and producing healthy grapes.

Viticulture & Winemaking Organic viticulture. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with ingenious yeasts in oak barrels for 20 days. They stop the fermentation by cooling and transferred the wine to bottle with 10 grams of residual sugar to finish in the bottle with zero sulphur added.
