Divay, Léah Anglès
Léah Anglès started working with Coume del Mas and Mas Cristine in 2014, her first stage before doing her oenology degree at Montpellier. She’s the first person in her family to go into the wine. With a BSc in chemistry, she thought pursuing oenology and winemaking would be more fun than wearing a lab coat all the time.
Her love of great food and curiosity about wine comes through in every single one of her wines. Divay is no exception here, it is an electric take on the remarkable terroir Collioure has to offer. Sadly, she doesn’t make much!

Viticulture & Winemaking Sustainable practices. Grapes are hand harvested and Vinification is in stainless steel, using whole bunches with the addition of dry stems (!). A tiny amount of sulphur is used after malolactic fermentation. No fining, bottled unfiltered, a touch of CO2 kept at bottling for extra lift and protection. Voila!
Grapes Grenache Noir
Region Banyuls, Languedoc, France
Tasting Notes Juicy! Wild berries, blackberries, raspberries, a touch of peppery spices and earthy notes, all rounded by soft tannins and a fresh finish. Dangerously quaffable red.
