Folle Blanche, Domaine du Moulin Camus
François Boulanger heads-up a family domaine that controls some 45-hectares. This Folle Blanche is from 1.5ha of schist soil in the Saint Julien de Concelles and Vallet regions of the Loire. This wine is a fantastic example of the grape, one of the best we have had. The estate respects the nature around them and limited any impact on the vines through a range of sustainable vineyard practises.
Producer Domaine du Moulin Camus
