Maninalto, Joanna Dubrawska
Launched back in 2015, Maninalto is a natural focused wine project started and run by Joanna Dubrawska. Each year she works with different grapes and regions to produce one wine from a single variety. This makes every wine totally unique and limited edition as they will never be made again! So far Joanna has worked in a range of regions in France and each wine has been produced from an indigenous grape that most of us have never even herd of.
The 2018 is produced from a grape called Mauza Rose.

Viticulture & Winemaking Sustainable methods. Grapes are hand harvested and 90% go through skin maturation for 5 months and spontaneous fermentation in amphora. 10% comes from the flower must. Its then blended and finished with little intervention.

Tasting Notes A one of a kind wine using a rare grape. Apricot, dried fruits, rosemary and French herbs give this orange a serious edge and slightly bitter finish.
