P'tit Gaby, Mas Theo
Found in the unique Drôme Provençale in the appellation Grignan-les-Adhemar. Laurent Clapier is the 4th generation of the Clapier family to be involved in wine he then started his own Mas Théo in 2005. He got its biodynamic certification (Demeter) in 2011 as he relishes the holtic approach. Laurent later on got the chance to use some caves “les caves cathedrals” located in the village of Saint-Restitut.

Viticulture & Winemaking certified biodynamic and organic. Hand harvested grapes see Indigenous yeast ferment in open fiberglass tank, matured for 9 months in stainless steel tank. No fining no filtration.
