Saint Laurent is a grape that, while somewhat similar to a rich, concentrated and spicy Pinot Noir alternative, has nearly disappeared from Alsace and Germany where it was once popular. Instead, it is now at home in Moravia and Slovakia - and to a lesser extent in Austria.

Viticulture & Winemaking Organic, Biodynamic viticulture. Grapes are hand harvested and go through a native yeast fermentation. The wine is finished Unfined, Unfiltered, Use of So2 only at bottling.
