Finally! Tasting season is back on, and we cannot wait to see you there!

Our first series of wine tastings for June 2021 are now available to book.

Each ticket includes 4 (generous) wine samples and snacks. The session was designed specifically for those who are new to wine tastings and / or natural wines. Do get in touch if you have any special requirements or allergies.

Each tasting will be a maximum of 6 people. Please note that the session are hosted outside under cover. Social Distancing and Covid-19 measures remain in place between groups of different households. Please book all the tickets for your group under one name if possible, or please let us know in advance if you are coming with members of the same household.

We will be holding two sittings at 14.00 and 16.30 at Unit 88, Pollard Yard, M40 7SL Manchester. Limited on-site parking, more on the street - please consider taking the Tram (New Islington) or walk over, we are just a nice stroll along the canal away from Piccadilly Station. We are unfortunately unable to refund any tickets booked in advance, but you are more than welcome to transfer them should you not be able to make it.

Saturday 12th June 2021: 'Au Naturel', an introduction to Natural Wines.

For our first summer tasting, we will be discussing the definitions of Natural Wines, where it all started and what makes them such an exciting category. We will look into the stylistic differences, their methods of production, and share a few of our latest finds.

Saturday 19th June 2021: 'Skin Contact',  or should we say Orange Wines?

This time will be discussing all things Orange (wine), go back to ancient times and review some of the techniques to make this fantastic category. Suitable for anyone who wants to be guided through their first orange experience, or those willing to expand their knowledge on the matter.

Saturday 26th June 2021: 'Pinks not Dead', our love letter to Rosé wines.

There is SO much more to Rosé than Pink Zinfandel, Blush or Provence. We will share with you some of our favourite rosé wines, discuss how they can all taste so different, and explain why we think they might be the most underrated yet exciting wines to explore this summer.
